In February 2012, Premier acquired the eSwatini Bakery followed shortly thereafter in April 2014 the eSwatini Mill.

The facilities manufacture bread, beverages, maize, samp and rice products for brands including S.U.B, Mister Bread, Blue Ribbon, Iwisa eSwatini, Ligugu, Bakers Pride, Mega Star and Crown Select.

In addition, the Mill has a distribution facility for Lil-lets, Confectionery, Snowflake, Iwisa Instant, Iwisa Mageu, Super Sun Mageu, Nyala Amahewu, Mandla Mahewu and Sunblest Pasta.
